Westwood Development, Inc. builds an average of six custom homes per year, guaranteeing personal service to their homeowners. Our homes range from $250,000 to $1,200,000 and are located in some of the most exclusive areas in Union County of North Carolina including Rose Hill, Firethorne Country Club, Weddington Heritage, Weddington Heights, Weddington Forest, Antioch Plantation, Oak Grove Farm and Lake Providence.

Mike Lee is president and owner of Westwood Development, Inc. He has been building custom homes in Union County for the past ten years. A Monroe native, Mike brings to the company his experience in banking and insurance. He has a strong presence as a community leader, having served as president of the Kiwanis Club of Monroe and president of the Union County Community Arts Council. Mike has been a golf coach for Weddington High School and treasurer of Weddington High School Booster Club. He is an active member of the Union County Chamber of Commerce and the Union County Homebuilders' Association.
